Yes..they make money off selling the courses, but the information is invaluable!! I have e-mailed Rick Dawson with a couple of questions and I actually got a detailed response from him. Imagine that! I scratched my head back in 2003 when I found Jack Bosch's business on the net selling properties, but at the time I did not know who he was (sad for me). Had I got started with the techniques from these two, I would be rather wealthy today. I urge you to at least look at these courses for yourself. You decide what is best for you.
